The selections for Pizza Up second edition are opening.
Pizza Up is the first Technical Symposium about Italian Pizza.
Following the first edition about kneading (October 2007) the works for the new meeting on November 3rd, 4th and 5th 2008 are starting.
Also this year the work team will be selected within pizza makers outstanding in the Italian and international comprehensive survey. The initiative coordination, which also experienced nutritionist will take part to, has been as usually assigned to Chef Marco Valletta. He will have also the task of scientifically codifying the result of the works.
Molino Quaglia will be the main sponsor of the initiative.
